2. What information do we collect?
When you submit the consultation form or contact us directly, we may receive your name, company, email address, optional team-size information, the contents of your enquiry and any information you choose to provide in subsequent correspondence.
Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information required to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, request logs and security-related data.
3. Why do we use it?

4. Who receives your information?
MacCaba uses service providers where needed to operate the business. The website is hosted on Netlify, which may process website and form data on MacCaba's behalf. Email and other business systems may also process information when we correspond with you. We limit access to what is necessary for the relevant service.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, MacCaba relies on the safeguards made available by the relevant provider and applicable data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards where required.
6. How long do we keep information?
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing a business relationship, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not progress are periodically reviewed and deleted when they are no longer required.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis relied on. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exemptions.

9. Marketing
Submitting the consultation form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. If MacCaba introduces marketing emails in future, they will be handled separately in accordance with applicable requirements.

We may update this notice when our services or data-processing practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
